    Hello,

I've been trying to get my Logitech G27 to work for BeamNG, however I am not well versed in how to make the input maps, as I don't know what buttons on my wheel correspond to the game's detected inputs. I downloaded an input map for the G27 from a much earlier release of BeamNG, but only the gas pedal worked. I have since got the steering to work, but that's it.

So, does anyone have an input map for the G27 that works for the latest version of BeamNG?

UPDATE: I tried it on a different game, and it seems that it has nothing to do with input mapping issues, and more to do with the hardware as the brake and clutch don't work in the other game either (if not also the hand shifter, but that may be due to the clutch not working).

Just use the experimental version through steam. It'll fully work with a G27 with no inputmap required. There's also force feedback, but it's not finished yet, so it might be a little buggy for you.

I used that one at first, but the controls are really messed up. The gas registers as an inverted brake, and the right paddle shifter acts as a parking brake, not to mention the fact that the vehicle always wants to be in reverse.

Huh, weird. Works fine with my G27, but it is the experimental version so I guess that's not the case for everyone. Do you have Logitech Profiler for your G27?

Yes, although the picture isn't the same as a G27. I don't know if that's an issue, or if it is just because the driver works for multiple of Logitech's devices.

In your logitech profiler make sure centering spring and combine axis is unchecked. After that you may have to tweak settings in game folder/lua/vehicle/hydros.lua to get ffb to feel right.

    Yep, they are unchecked.
