That would be for Career mode, transportable in the police car with the node grabble, which would need an upgrade of this last one for better handling. The spikestrips require indications as the direction of the fleeing car from other police cars which are handling pursuit of the suspect, (the suspect fleeing to "destination", drive the police car, stop at the indicated road section, and deploy the spikestrips. The spikestrips could be utilised if we play villains. I think this would be utilise at first for the evasion mode, the spikestrips make us decide to change road, and could be used for the multiplayer mode.
Wasn't it one of the first cars to be remastered? I remember the initial version being much more square, then they reworked it with a more curvy body and the wide-body RS variant. It was still somewhere around 2016 iirc.
Most of the cars in the game got updated proportions in 0.14-0.16 (0.16 for the Sunburst), not a remaster by the terminology that the team currently uses. The first "remaster" was the GM in 0.17.1 with the first of the current era remasters in 0.18 (D-Series phase 1)
Can we NOT have Suicidal police in 0.35? --- Post updated --- S/It's great being in a chase, going 20 under for a hard turn, and some random cop slamming your rear end at 100+ MPH with absolutely no regard for their own, or anyone else's, safety. It is entirely unrealistic and downright annoying.
From my personal experience, they've actually been pretty tame, almost too tame. Here's this great video that I found by @MarcDoesRacing that shows this. (and yes, I know this was in 0.33, but it still applies)
I have a part which should be added to the Sunburst: the backlight diffuser, mounted on top of the rear windshield. We have normal window spoilers for the Old Pessima and the I-Series, so I think it's time we see a diffuser as well, for variety's sake. Specifically, a version made of exposed carbon fiber would look ace on the Sunburst, I believe! --- Post updated --- I like that little experiment we saw in the Development Media thread! I thought it was stop sticks at first, but spike strips? Man, I'd love to see spike strips in the game sometime! It's also a great opportunity to introduce run-flat tires in the game, with their own limits regarding speed and mileage (and ride comfort for those who use a simrig, since their sidewalls are considerably harder than usual)!
I would love to see Police Spike strip in Beam.Ng. So much destructive and cool potential --- Post updated --- I always wanted to see facelift or next gen of GM, like Crown Vic. 2000s full size sedan is missing from game and car like Crown Vic last gen. would fill 1998-2011 years.
It's starting to look like a vehicle from ROR! --- Post updated --- I am surprised no one mentioned it. The part that I was drawn to was the "no material" parts of the building. It looks like something new. Will there be another expansion to the WCUSA map?
Sunburst remaster ? Game version and traffic version looks different. Traffic version is looking better.
Considering you can see that on the other buildings around it, they might've just broken something in their test build and didn't fix it before publishing the video.
traffic vehicles share glass materials, so the opacity isn't the same as the regular vehicle glass opacity.
Took me some time but on left is Game Sunburst on right is a Traffic Version. Traffic version have better head and Tail lights. None game version have chrome Hiroshi stamp.
I sure hope so. I always loved the little burst of sunshine, with is depressing CVT, I have to hope we get a coupe version lol, I love how the basic ones really are well basic, BUT the thing in its current state does not even have oil pan that can brake. or anything, Funny when it came out in 2014. it was just a NEAR new used car. like a 2018-2024 camry is today. NOT that old, and most still under new car warranty, Skip to 2025 most of cars from about 2009-2014 are now starting to show up as end of life in junk yards. while still common the late 2000s early 2010s as common cars days are starting to fade. Mostly when beam came out in 2013 it was mostly those mid to late 90s cars in junkyards with a few 2000s cars entering the end of life, OT, yeah i hope it is a sunburst remake. I think its so dated a remake will be better then a remaster, and i think a refreash wont cut it, ALSO cop tire popers. YES please LOL
