How to stop police lights going on automatically in beamng?

Whenever I want to play as the police in game, the lights keep turning on automatically, and I don't want that. So, how do I stop that from happening?

 

I'm pretty sure it's a bug. It happens to me as well.

 

Maybe check your bindings

 

I don't think it's a bug, it's a feature to make police chases more realistic (last time I checked, police don't go chasing people without their sirens)
You can use something that's actually a bug to "disable" this feature: simply change any part on the police car
