Hello! I've recently begun learning a lot more and actually being able to practice making mods for beamng, about a month and a half into learning blender. I wanted to introduce traditional style customization parts for in game cars, especially the nine. Well it seems like I made a mistake when updating, unfortunately my speed pack mod is broken till it can update, my apologies
Got the new update awaiting approval, in the meantime im happy with how the rpu body is going despite it being the first one to give me mesh issues
made some more progress on everything and have some new stuff awaiting the repo, there is alot of work that needs to be done but i know a few people that would like to try it out and after all, it is a beta, i have gone back as ive learned and made improvements to each body but i am still learning
wipped up a new bed that fits snug up to the back of the frame, lets just a little crossmember and exhaust show through
I'm loving this mod, but I've got a few ideas for it... - Flatheads in the notched frame and hopper frame - notched hopper frame -shorter and/or lower grilles that match the bodyline of the channeled bodies - narrowed bed, or cut out and/or raised coupe/roadster/sedan wheel wells for the wider tires Besides that, 11/10, this is all I ever wanted since the Nine came out!
I am wanting to get the flathead in the notched frame already it's just not done yet, and I'm wanting to do a lower grill and radiator with a hood and sides I just need need to figure out if I want to modify the engines to drop down the radiator hoses. A notched frame for the Hopper like I did the nine is possible, I do have a notched frame out for the Hopper on my last update that I am working on to. I'm focusing on primarily traditional hotrod parts and some people have been working on drag mods but I could do some stuff as a vintage drag equipment update later down the line. Right now my next attack plans is something salt flat style so with a full hood and grill dropped down with the bodys
Working on some hood stuff today, with how dropped and channeled the body is I'm very limited especially on the radiator side of things but i think i have found a happy middle ground
id like to do a sectioned version of it, ive also started on putting a straight axle under the front but its kind of a back burner project atm --- Post updated -- --- Post updated --- just some fine tuning left to do
