invalid serial

hi, i just bought the alpha test
I install the game and after the setup it ask me for a serial.
So i take the one i received in my email (license#) and it says :
"INVALID SERIAL you entered an invalid serial number, please correct it."
I've double checked it, and it is the same thing...
Sooo what's happening?

 

Check for spaces before or after the serial. Try with or without dashes(if it has them).

 

i already did tried that...
no dash, lower-case, uppercase, there was already no space nowhere...

 

try and type it out if you're copying and pasting. otherwise idk

 

already done that too... i'll try to contact the support or something

i get the same thing. It keeps saying that my serial number is invalid and i did everything that was said before, but no luck. i did try to contact support and see what they say. let me know if you find a way to fix this and good luck!

 

Yeah my Serial dose not work either
