Theres a mod that lets you use the MD series 18 foot bed on the D series.

Noticed a mistake with the red-on-black MD70 Dump Bed Upfit variant: it has the 10-Speed Direct Drive 'Dual-Shift' transmission but it has it coupled to the normal 5-speed Manual Shifter instead of the 10-Speed Manual one.

 

The Gavril MD-Series reminds me of that Gavril D55 That AR162B tried to make, and it basically looks just like this

 

honestly I think a d55 would be more along the lines of a straight truck than a light duty semi

I think D-Series frame, cab and front end with a heavier-duty bumper(s), steel wheels like those shown, and the Ultra Heavy-Duty suspension, but in the front, too (and maybe an Ultra Heavy-Duty frame). And some new diesel engines, not just the 6.0. And with more upfits. The box truck, rollback and ambulance could be transferred over to a D55, and the D45 would just be a heavier-duty D35 available only in dually form, with maybe like the flatbed from the MD-Series available.

 

The D55 was actually based on a Chevrolet C50 from Circa 1973-1990.
