Update Speculation thread

We'll have to see if there is a teaser tomorrow. Usually, Monday is a big mod repo update day, but there is nothing, as of yet.

 

guys place ur bets on new teaser tommorow.

 

Perhaps some of the QA testers are taking a break today? I know that there was one time a year or two ago (possibly earlier) that one of the repo-runners said that they were late to update the repo because they were out driving.

That would certainly make sense to me. There weren't any mod uploads on February 24th or January 3rd (also Mondays), so this seems like a fairly frequent occurence.

RIP to that mod. That's damn near lost media for BeamNG now.

I don't think that would be it since it isn't that big of a holiday (as in businesses closing and school's being let out).

 

Considering that it was deleted off the repo, and then the person who made it deleted their account, it may be lost forever.

 

I'm guessing we will see more of the Sunburst or something with the map . Maybe the new Sunburst in a new section of wcusa ! I really can't wait until tomorrow to find out cause we already at 5 teasers for 0.35 .. ( not complaining I loooooove Teaser Tuesday but love the Update Drop Day even more haha )

 

I may have it.
I have to find it and put it on the Internet archive. I may fix it too since it was released before the pigeon remaster, and a few textures are broken, not that there were many to begin with on that mod.

that is a different front end
what looks to be tailfins
and the back looks a bit slanted

 

I think that might be from damage to the car, not a different model

 

if you look at the front cars don't damage perfectly like that one
there is no way a fender could damage like that with perfect body lines being dented into the hood
also nothing else in that original image was hidden

 

But what about the fences? I think that's what the post was trying to point out

that car however is similar to the bluebuck
is painted exactly like the stock bluebuck
and is buried or hidden under the other cars

It's VERY unlikely that this change is even related to BeamNG directly. Steam themselves made a change to allow for private branches and Beam's devs just took advantage of the opportunity to private dev branches
