add speed bumps to the game

How about adding some speed bumps to the map?

They're joking. There are actually speed bumps in the game already, but they are only in Industrial Area

Wait I also think there’s some speed bumps on WCUSA at the loading dock on the island.

Somebody remind me later to screenshot all the speed bumps in vanilla BeamNG.
