Ok, i am most likely going to sound like the biggest noob, but how do you set up the position of cameras within the game? just how they did in the beamng footage etc.?

    F1 for key help.

Shift+C toggles free camera, F11 goes into the editor and you can set the camera to smoothed mode.

Also, if i were to record the game (Which i will be doing), what software do you reccomend? i don't really like fraps (big files) and my hard drive HDD, is not all that fast. Is there any way you know of that i can speed up the fps in recording games?

Dxtory is good but paid, MSI Afterburner is pretty good and it's free.

The best software I've used so far to record games is OBS (Open Broadcasting Software). It's free and has a ton of options.
