Game wont load

Played the day it updated and everything worked. Went to play today and it started up. Tried to activate my mods and it reset and froze at the black screen with "loading ui" at the bottom. Sat there for 30 minutes and it never fixed. restarted the game, restarted the pc, verified the files, no matter what it starts at that black ui screen and wont load past it. Uninstalled the game and deleted all files on pc related and reinstalled it. Pressed play and sat for 35 minutes at the black screen with it saying loading ui at the bottom. I give up and have done everything i can think of so now im here for help.

 

Remove the RLS Career mod if that’s installed.

 

I removed everything and deleted and reinstalled the game. Deleted all remaining files. I deep cleaned the cache. It's still not starting up.

 

No it actually starts right up.

 

Finally got it working. Went through the previous user files and deleted RLS career mod
