Looking good already. Though I thought you couldn't monetize a real, licensed vehicle on the forums? Feel like that rule is a weird one.
I don't think it's a good idea to sell a mod with licensed branding, on top of being a remade model from ATS. This will get you into legal trouble, mate.
I don't think it's a good idea to sell real brand mod, and the base model comes from a game, which will bring you a lot of trouble.
In the *extremely unlikely* event that Navistar International Corporation decide that they don't like a fan of their truck design monetizing it on a small modding community they've never heard of, they'll send out a cease & desist. In the meantime, how about we enjoy the opportunity to support a very skilled modder & get access to content that a lot of us will enjoy. Can't wait to buy it
Looks awesome but one thing i would do is to do like the jon-ruda mods for ats where you give a lore-friendly name so you dont end up in legal trouble.
Is it legal to sell sth based on another game and a licensed one with out the permission from the TM owner?
I don't think you can charge money for a real life mod. It's really less than legal and BeamNG has had issues in the past with free mods, let alone paid ones with real branding. (Blue Bird Bus)
looks cool but first off its not really legal to sell a real branded vehicle mod and this would be so much better as a wentward 2nd I'm not sure about this so I could be completely wrong but isn't selling a mod made with a 3d model that isn't bought by you or made by you both against the forum rules and stealing

Oh yes i definetly could, i do not have a problem with good lore friendly paid mods [Procyon Avior, Gavril Scout etc.] However i think you missed my point completely here, you just cannot make a real life car brand mod paid.
I mean technically you right but the chances that International tries to take this down are so slim that it doesn't really matter I don't think. Also sorry for coming off as rude.
