dude, beamng modding is hard as hell, and modders usually prefer to make the things they want to make, or only take paid commissions while yes, the forums could be a bit nicer to new users, requests to make a mod will almost always end up in a negative response. especially if they're posted in a spot for things you've made.
Please do understand that modding is extremely difficult to do, a normal car mod for instance, at least takes months or even years in development. It's not as easy as you think. (tip: most modders don't even take requests)
