I noticed this as well, when driving the car hard you need to steer a lot more than other vehicles and even then the steering feels weird while doing it, if the suspension was rushed it’s probably something like the geometry being off so his roll centre between the front and back suspension is misaligned horribly, affecting the steering, could also be the castor trail making it feel light or king pin inclination being wrong affecting how the camber changes while cornering
@LJ74 I have wheel and i don't have issues with FFB it works fine to me without it having issues like that guy in video
Interesting... can you post a video of you drifting? I know other people in dazercord were having the same issue I had.
I don't think the interior map light should turn on with the headlights, but otherwise this thing is amazing!
Shame that is undrivable or at least unfun to drive with the steering that messed up (for wheel users). Maybe that what Agent_y mentioned is the cause? Was it fixed?
Update 1.6.24 - Bug fixes - Strengthened steering - Slight suspension adjustments - Glass texture work - Improved glass break sensitivity - Minor texture cleanup and improvements - Remade old skin - Added new mirrors system - New engine sounds
Thanks for updating! At least with "Quick Ration Race Steering" it has now an acceptable driving behaviour. I added some more colours, add these lines to the info.json if you want: Spoiler: Add These Lines in the info.json files "Perfect Red Metallic":{ "baseColor":[ 0.75, 0.0, 0.0, 1.2 ], "clearcoat":1, "clearcoatRoughness":0.09, "metallic":1, "roughness":0.68 }, "Violet Metallic":{ "baseColor":[ 0.308, 0.0, 0.55, 1.2 ], "clearcoat":1, "clearcoatRoughness":0.09, "metallic":1, "roughness":0.68 }, "Silver":{ "baseColor":[ 0.82, 0.80, 0.81, 1.2 ], "clearcoat":1, "clearcoatRoughness":0.09, "metallic":1, "roughness":0.68 }, "Grey Metallic":{ "baseColor":[ 0.55, 0.53, 0.54, 1.2 ], "clearcoat":1, "clearcoatRoughness":0.09, "metallic":1, "roughness":0.68 }, "British Racing Green":{ "baseColor":[ 0.0, 0.208, 0.115, 1.2 ], "clearcoat":1, "clearcoatRoughness":0.09, "metallic":0, "roughness":1 },
LJ doesn't have a wheel so most things he makes have miserable ffb Nekkit's mods suffer the same issues
Hey folks, after a long time of being one of those guys who just asks "lore version?" on every high quality irl car mod, I've finally pushed myself to learn to do it myself, and, since I absolutely adore this mod, have started by rebadging it. I attach the submod here, it only includes a few files of the original, so you'll need it installed before my submod for it to work. The quality of the textures is not as good as the original, but I am happy enough with it that I think it's worth posting. Please let me know if I missed any real life names and I'll try to update it. The new name of the car is "Hirochi Hazel" Hopefully hirochi isn't too modern or smth and my mod is useless haha Changes: -Adjusted names and descriptions for all variants -Badges changed -Lettering on sides, rear, steering wheel and engine changed -Adjusted racing skin to remove IRL names. If you know any other super high quality irl car mods that you'd like to see rebadged, you can send me a message but no promises. And to the original author, all of this is yours if you want it for a repo release or whatever, I'm just doing this cause I love the mod, I don't need any credit, keep up the amazing work.
That looks great, I think you did pretty well, especially considering this is your first time modding. I hope to see you make more of these.
