The real way for them to make more profit would be to bring back smaller, more affordable cars into the US. They already have so many in Europe, why not bring them here. In fact, Ford US's CEO actually drives a Xiaomi SU7, which just shows that even he likes smaller cars.
Exporting to more markets is probably easier than making a new model, so they choose the easy route over the better route.

I just got an idea: What if you get a Camaro that somewhat has the proportions of that concept car, then CNC machine/3D print* the bumpers and other stuff and install them as a body kit? *there probably aren't just concept car body kits lying around somewhere, so you'd have to make your own
