Very odd, are you able to find them in the Mission Editor (In the World Editor) at all when searching up miami or nice? And did the missions work prior to you attempting to fix traffic?
Well, I disabled all the mods and reinstalled the map and followed your instructions and now it works. Maybe it was because I edited the missions file within the zip at first or maybe its because I did not put a space before "-1". Anyway, it works now. Thank you, and maybe you know how to activate the police now
