About the new MD-Series armored truck: there's the option to select skins for the truck, however only the Police and Bank skins work on it, the other skins get stretched and distorted or don't show up at all. Maybe the slot should be only for armored truck compatible skins, and some skins like the camo one can be updated for that slot
also there is alot of consistency errors within the burnside years and descriptions for example the stunned has the years marked as a 53-54 but it uses the body style of the 52-53 or the 252 v8 four door sedan M also marked as 53-54 but is a 52-53 or the 274 v8 2 door sedan A also wrong years for body style of car the 252 v8 v8 2 door sport coupe M has v8 in the title twice not sure it that is intentional or not but it looks odd 313 v8 2 door sport coupe A wrong years for body style of car the stock car has 52-54 for some reason so its wrong but not reversed like normal rat rod is marked as a 53-54 even though the body used was a 52-53 the custom config does the same thing the gasser for some reason mentions an upgrade over a sidevalve even though that car never came with a sidevalve however i chalk that up to uncrashable 1 being a sidevalve car the drag config also has wrong years for body style of car

Also, the description of the facelifted Brilliant Burgundy 233 I6 4-Door Sedan says that it has the 2-Speed Automatic but the car itself actually has the 3-Speed Automatic. And exactly the opposite for the pre-facelifted Moonlight 252 V8 Luxe 4-Door Sedan: the description says it's got the 3-Speed Automatic but it actually has the 2-Speed Automatic.
If the MD 60 (PF) /70 (F) mean the facelift i think there a error with tankers name look: the prefacelift is named "70" but all other is "60" and the facelift version is "60" but other facelift version is "70"
With the new AI Follow Path Mode, AI is much more fixed to the path, and can't navigate as well as it can in other modes. I was trying to set up a police-escort ambulance and the ambulance refused to attempt to go around stopped vehicles, even with plenty of space on a multilane highway. on the topic, adding a bit more pullover/yield logic to the AI would be neat to see.
Drag Race Tree UI stoped disappearing when you are away from drag strip like it did in 0.35. It was cool and useful to have it when you are freerooming to just pop on screen when you are lining up car with the line on drag strip.
Hello! As usual great update however one thing is bothering me. When recording and playing back a replay with a car with the fading lights, they don't work or show up. It's a shame as it takes away from the replay a bit, I hope its fixable as it would make replays much better!
60 and 70 are the weight ratings class 6 and class 7 --- Post updated --- i would like to once again request the ability to set the ai traffic to be from different time periods it would be so cool to be able to set traffic to the 1950-1970s and just drive around in a classic surrounded by classics
When selecting wheels, the list starts at the top instead of the current selected wheel (maybe for all items as well, but it doesn't really matter other than wheels imo). So when, say, you're trying to decide which 19x9 inch wheel you want, you have to keep scrolling all the way down from the top instead of from your current selection, which makes the process take a lot longer.
Awesome update! I wasn't expecting the armored car and the bus, plus the new additions to the Miramar and the Burnside give them both so much more variety. There are a couple details that I would adjust: First, the column shifter on the Miramar is pretty fast and could be slowed down a bit to closer match the smoother animation of the other column shifters. Also, the camera height is inconsistent in the armored car, being much lower than the D and MD camera height. These are screenshots of the default camera turned only to the right, you can see how much lower the POV is in the bank truck. The bus feels a little too low, too, but I can't do a direct comparison because it doesn't have the bench seat. Default blue truck MD dump truck Bank truck I've also noticed that the front crossing bar on the bus makes a loud door latching noise every time is swings forward (like, in a turn or braking) and reseats. Oh yes, and having cargo box options that fit under the bed cap would be nice as well!
All of this. The Burnside refresh seems like was sort of half-heartedly thrown together. How can 1953 be both the pre-facelift and facelift years? The early one is 1952-1953 and the facelift is 1953-1954. Cars changed every year in the 1950s in the USA. So the pre-facelift should be 1953 and the facelift would be 1954, instead of using a range. Even more confusing when the drag config, rat rod, and custom are both listed as 1953-1954 (facelift) years but use the 1952-1953 rear fenders but the 1953-54 bumpers and grille. Also why don't any of the new configurations use the full smoothie wheel anymore? Even the high end "Luxe" trims are showing the small smoothie wheel with the steel wheel exposed around the hubcap. For a mid-range brand in the early 1950s, such as DeSoto, even the base 6-cylinder models used full wheel covers. It was the white wall tires that were the upgrade, not the hubcaps.
on the trophy truck(i forgot the name) even in tamer crashes loke rolling over something gets unhappy in the front end j beam and it starts jiggling and makes a jiggle noise (idk how to explain the sound lol). i don't have a clip cause im not home but its something ive noticed for awhile now --- Post updated --- ngl ive felt this way about a lot of updates now. maybe its cause im not a kid anymore but they quality and attention to detail just isn't what it used to be. a lot of new additions feel like a mod to me rather than official game stuff. i just haven't said anything cause im an adult now and i just dont care lol. ive got more important things to care about than fake car
The refresh, or just the text descriptions? The new parts and engines are a great addition. Proofreading the text is like 1% of the whole package.
