I'm pretty sure that I could do a better job than the support team. I understand that they receive hundreds of requests per day, but seriously, requests shouldn't be getting ignored for weeks.

to be fair, you were not involved in any "major" drama, (unless you do a ban speedrun any%) so you are not getting a warning in the first week
