    I thought of a great thing to make the game more realistic, those plants that you can drive through instead of just driving through them they should get pushed down and come back up after you are off of them. If this is added also add the option to turn it off as I can see it could cause lag issues.

    Right click the game in your Library , click Properties.

    in this screen go to Local Files and you will see the verify integrity button. If you are still having problems you should try a clean install.

    just followed the instructions posted here to fix the game I deleted local files then did a clean install via steam, same problem again. I will try resetting steam and pc then see how it goes.

    Damn tried it twice and does not work, game will load but no map. Just crashes and I get the same message as in my original post with the attached screenshot. Stuck now, anyone any ideas on a fix for this, change any settings?


    I also submitted error report via the window that pops up if that helps anyone.

    I've noticed a Sunburst bug.
    When you remove hubcaps from the back wheels, hubcaps go on the front wheels & vice versa. You cant have 4 steelies

    No idea why that'd happen except for a parsing bug. The way it works now is that it loads the hubcaps before the wheels, thereby applying all the hubcap settings to the steelies. It used to work fine. Does this happen with other hubcap cars? (Covet, Moonhawk)

    EDIT: Actually, it could be a bug with the new WIP parts selector. I know the last time I used it, it kept installing the wrong parts in the wrong slots.

    EDIT: Yep, confirmed, it's a parts configurator bug. If you remove one set of hubcaps, then remove another, the first set installs itself again. Nothing I can do :(

    I've noticed mesh roads work now which is great, even if they are clear with the unmapped materials.

    I feel like this might have been added earlier and I just didn't notice it, but either way, awesome update, loving the sunburst and new in-game menu system. :)

    Work freaking good on my laptop (Ge Gtx 660m 2GB/ core I7) i love the new sunburst! That's a really good job you did there.

    One bug that annoys me
    you cant spawn the first car from where you left free cam. 2nd car works fine for that though.

    Is it just not in game yet or is it me, because the parts won't come up when I click on the parts selector.

    How did you get it to work? Whenever I try and save the game says it saves but the file never appears. Also did you use a hightmap because I can't get mine to load in.

    I'm gonna' piggyback on this question as well. Before this latest update I had no problem getting a heightmap in game when it was loaded into the new levels art folder OR the main Beamng
    art folder but now I'm stumped. Help??? Since it appears the experimental is now the stable I might as well start asking.

    this was actually happening to me with the d-15 and mirrors. remove both one stays. so, you go to remove the drivers side mirror, and the passanger side(which was gone) re-appears.

    got a blackscreen with the pickup idle and me driving at 100mph into it with the sunburst idk if it related but it may be first time it happen in over 150hour

    I have noticed another bug with the Sunburst. If you collide in such a way that it should crush a wheel, the game will crash. I had it happen in:
    Small overlap crashes
    Rear axel being torn off
    Rear wheel wheel being crushed against wheel well

    Updated the game, booted up industrial, backgrund noise is, LOUD, engine noise is low. Changes audio volume in the options menu. Esc-Options-Audio. turns down effects volume. And now there's no sound, tried to change it in the menu, there it says everything but master volume is on 0.0, but i can't save the values, because when i close options all the numbers are back to 0.0, but in Esc-options-audio all values are at 0.5, nothing happens when i change it there either.:confused:

    Switch sound to directsound, that should fix it. There are issues with the other sound settings at the moment that cause inconsistent sound levels.

    Doesn't work, i can change the audio provider and audio device but, i can't change effects, music, interface volume, they're all on 0.0

    That's what you need to do; change the provider to direct sound. The others have issues at the moment and have incorrect volumes.
