Northwest Falcon Overpriced crap Alienware Great company they may have some stupids idea sometime but they still have the best build laptop and the greatest overclocker on the market Aluminium chassis as no rival no one come close ( Experience come from using m17x Msi one of the best budget friendly wise great laptop and keyboard all plastic based mostly feel a bit cheap compared to alienware Did use 1 about 20 minute a gt60 and a gt70 Asus may be ok i will not buy one personally bad support is know often to be their problem and the fact that their gpu is not mxm (Replaceable _ Upgradeable) Dual fan cooling is awesome and they look ok. Quality feel better than the msi but id get an msi anyways even with their single fan design Lenovo their laptop are like mid end pretty good for the price but id get an msi gt 60-70 before their laptop... They got strange touchpad that i hated using it 5 minute and glossy screen i think the last model is mate + The keyboard is only red for the price.. But they have Special often so they can be pretty cheap I think i wrote enough you can pm me for any question Msi gt60-gt70 and alienware 15 are the best currently in my list Clevo offer variety and solid price if you want to go fully custom The aorus is recommended everywhere but most people do not realise this crap Palmrest and keyboard is at 50celsius when gaming so it very incomfortable and reliability take a big hit from running that hot
Re: General discussion chat Overpriced but less expensive than apple make no sense to me ahahah But yea the alienware 17 and 18 when you want higher end part the price make like im going to 4k $ for no reason.. or even 6k $ And dont talk about an ssd it cost 4x the price But the base option on the new 15 seem excellent almost as cheap as an msi. They need to make money somewhere. Alienware is like a ferrari they cost a lot but nothing come close ( can replace ferrari for any car you want )

Re: General discussion chat Alienware, overpriced, poor build quality, hugely out of date drivers from factory, needless bloatware left right and centre from factory and an almost total lack of cooling causing near permanent thermal throttling. And that makes them great? Lenovo and MSI gaming laptops are much better built, have less bloatware on them, have more recent drivers and spend less time wringing their own necks because its a bit hot for them. Plus they are cheaper. Only reason to buy alienware is the design and flashy LEDs, both of which I find "garish". Also. Goosah has a dev badge
