Update Speculation thread

We lack some non supercar, modern italian cars ingame
Autobello has a decent potential for one in my opinion

 

pretty certain Garfield heights did get a big refresh, new buildings & areas quite alot by someone but not sure if it was on here or another site.

 

I can't speak about third-party sites, but I've had a few modders approach me about refreshes, remasters, and continuations of Garfield Heights. I've pretty much lost all interest in that project, so I've generally given them all the go-ahead to do as they please (with credit, ofc).

 

Fair enough, and good on you for letting people try and fix it

 

Honestly I want a modern version of the Piccolina, kind of like the current Fiat 500.

I think it's time for a new map already at this point. Enough new cars already. Yeah I know they're good but like cmon, they haven't released a new map in nearly 3 years, so why not a new one? (I think in my opinion, a new map would be like some other European map, maybe even a German one)

 

We need an Australia map, something like Glasshouse Mountains, K'gari, or Arnhem

 

Maybe a Sydney or Melbourne map (that would be cool )?

 

in my opinion, if they do some boring map like johnson valley, i'm not sure it will be great
like there's the offroad stuff, but that one asphalt road is a bit boring

Sydney would be nice, but when I'm in cities I never really see them being any good in games. The could maybe include a bit of Melbourne city and then have the Dandenong Ranges part of it too so there can be some driver's roads as well.

 

So, essentially WCA but without the motorsports park?

 

No hilly streets, driving only the left and longer and better mountain roads and if they did Melbourne they could include something like Calder Park to have a racetrack as well. But I would prefer to have something like Glasshouse mountains with 4WD tracks and also some twisties.

Is this a skill issue or is Johnson Valley also not the best for gravel rallying?
