That's actually a really good idea. Would be good to build skills as well since you could learn skins, jbeam, modeling and coding.
Deleted one post and suddenly pigeonperson feels the need to share their very interesting discoveries about deleted posts nobody asked for 'what’s in god's green earth is that profile picture?'- funny coming from someone named after a bird that lives on the streets scavenging for crumbs. Didn’t know I needed approval from the local pigeon patrol for my profile pic.
I hate to break it to you, both of you, this is the BeamNG forums, not some loud news-channel Panel-discussion.
What was even the point of this message besides just assuming that a deleted post was stupid? Typically a deleted post means that somebody realized something was stupid and they deleted it, because these ancient forums have no option for a user to delete their own post. And the "what is that profile picture" ad hominem really isn't necessary. This may be news to you, but in the game BeamNG.drive, there is a vehicle known as the "Ibishu Pigeon" which has become a meme to the point where it would be plausible that one would reference the fictional vehicle as part of their online presence. You also happen to be on the official forums for the game BeamNG.drive, which almost makes this post seem like you have never played this game before in your life. These posts really show how much the forums have gone downhill over the past two years. We've gone to just straight-up attacking people's usernames and profile pictures over the most pointless of things, for what? This entire thread is probably going to be wiped overnight and at least one person is likely to get a warning on their account.
I want to sincerely apologize for how this situation unfolded. It was never my intention to cause any disruption or discomfort within the community. I value being part of these forums and respect everyone here. Hopefully, we can move past this and keep things positive going forward.
I started replying to your comment before you deleted it. You were asking OP what he meant by '...some stupid...' I said that I thought he meant 'something stupid' I can now see how the misunderstanding happened there. And then the comment about your profile picture wasn't supposed to ragebait you, unfortunately it did because I made a big mistake by saying something like that that was genuinely offensive and I shouldn't have said.
