its quite difficult to be entitled to a mod you've never even downloaded or used, it's just cringe watching this egomaniac call everyone that he doesn't agree with a hater i suppose that's the meshslap game isn't it after all, drop something, never touch it again, get mad about it when people are disappointed you'll never touch it again, repeat
That's funny how you just wait for the right time to attack and do not answer to my other messages. "I don't want to keep working on it because I can do what I want. I made a mod, I'm okay with it, I want ot make another car, what's the problem?" Check this one again, I think it's pretty clear here. I admit, I should have mention in the post that I don't know when I'll work on this mod again, that's my mistake "Barely made the mod" of course, it's way easier to fix this bugs than make a mod btw)) --- Post updated --- Lmao, now you call my mod meshslap without even testing it, check reviews if you can't even test the mod by yourself
No, paid mods, private mods, and unfinished mods is how you end up with modding never progressing or innovating like what is currently going on now. This guy showed up out of nowhere and posted an overall finished mod. No false hype or hope like 90% of the other posts in this forum.
Do you know what word "edited" means? Meshslap is when you just slap the mesh on default, unedited jbeam, or you don't know this either?
edited how? moving nodes around in NBEditor (or more like blender these days) to fit the meshes shape still fits most real modders' definition of meshslap as no actual mechanical characteristics are changed from the base jbeam/car, its just a common tactic meshslappers adopted after realising people can hit CTRL + T and see "oh this doesn't line up at all" then proceed to uninstall the mod after noticing that, which this is intended to delay
Again, talking without testing. It's not even close to bluebuck driving experience, I guess we should end this because you will just continue to shit my mod without any proofs. I guess that's the right "criticism" you were talking about
nice way to dodge what i actually asked was changed in terms of the chassis, nothing but the naming and location congrats on your meshslap homie, literally zero changes to beams and as such it'll crash pretty much the same
Weight is changed, beams parameters changed, handling is different from bluebuck. But if it's easier for you to think that it's meshslap, no problem, I don't want to continue this pointless dialogue
Can you guys redirect your energy? OP does not own you a single second of his time. It's his mod, not yours. You can give him advice but don't expect everything to be implemented. You are not ordering him what to do. You want a better mod? Create it. Face the challenges, the burnout, the critics yourself first. Experience it first hand.
yeah tends to be the case meshslappers don't like to admit that's what they made lol you say this as if i haven't multiple times
You can write it in the comments for 99% of the mods in beam, we will laugh together as the community of meshslappers
You may be the exception but the vast majority of comments before haven't made a single (public) one. You want to see really shitty mods? Go to modland where you can find PAID mods with no textures, no materials, no glowmaps, no edited jbeam. Provide your valuable advice to those individuals and see that they tell you
Would be nice to see you direct this energy towards the useless private modders, the scam paywall modders, and the idiots that can't even be bothered to finish a mod they set out to make. But instead you're hating on a guy who at least put in the effort to make a free finished mod, albeit with some nitpick bugs or somewhat lacking features, which is more in the vein of the traditional modding community before these Generation Z's came along and ruined it.
And the same guy you are referring to has the exact same big ego as the other ''scam paywall modders'', who also can't accept basic criticism... Along with that the mod is obviously not exactly finished as it has it's fair amount of bugs. Alot of people praised his mod as well, and the bug reporters and those who weren't satisfied with some parts of the mod were a small minority, but i guess being unable to control your emotions while having a big ego is not easy... I also don't understand your point on private modders.
