Hello, me again

I am doing something quite ballsy, but making every engine in BeamNG have a new custom, mid-high quality sound. People have attempted, with varying success.

So, the only engines that are currently not included:

• Electric Engines
• Flathead Engine
• MD Series
• T Series
• Wentward DT40L
• Bruckell Nine
• Vivace i3

a few more things:

There was over a year of work put into this mod, $400+ real dollars, and a whole lot of time recording real car sounds.

I'm sorry if I've missed it in the description (checked twice, didn't find it).

Are the sounds going to replace the current ones in Beam, or are they going to be options in the Car Configurator for example? Like different engine options (same 3D model, different sound), exhaust options (again, same 3D model, different sounds), just the sound being changeable (I don't know if that's possible) et cetera...

 

is it possible to add overrun brap to the engines in beamng?

itll be replacing them, but i am planning on making another version of the mod, where it is in the vehicle config yes

If you're going to do the New Pessima or something Toyota-like, maybe something that sounds like a Toyota 2GR-FE V6?
I don't know if it's possible to get YouTube video sound into the game (i doubt it), or you could just try your best to reproduce this sound:


(yes the video shows a van, but it's the highest quality sound I could find)
