Re: General discussion chat So, I went to winterslam 2015 today! Heats were so long with the e-85 motors and the cold weather. Luckily it was actually pretty nice today with a high of about 40F. But each heat took roughly an hour, with 20 minutes of cars moving in and out between the heats. Anyways, finally got my rear end ordered... Here's a pic of one that is like what I ordered. Features Dana 60 spool, 4.56 gears, 40 spline axles, pinion brake, dual leaf brackets, a wicked back brace, and indestructible housings. Yes, it cost more than my Honda.

Re: General discussion chat I don't use IRC, and I don't have a problem with IRC; it's only posts like yours that generalise and vilify I dislike. It's perfectly acceptable to promote IRC, but going so far as insulting people who don't use or dislike it is crossing the line a bit, don't you think? What's going on in this thread hints at some aspects of religious extremism. As the saying goes, to each his own. I'm sure this is the case with many other people. Let's just drop the whole IRC debate; I'm sure the whole community knows about IRC at this point in time. -- One more thing, to whoever reported my previous post, I apologise for cracking the 'c' whip, was totally uncalled for, etc etc.

Re: General discussion chat I could use a new MacBook. I have a feeling that the good ol' Core 2 Duo 17 inch is towards the end if it's life. Poor thing takes forever to start anymore. Nothing new. Another used 17 inch that's a little more modern would do nicely. One with an i7 would be nice.
Re: General discussion chat I don't game on it. I use it for my music production and a general get around at home. I already have my powerful PC and a Windows 8.1 laptop for school. And I prefer Mac OS. Go on, tell me how wrong I am, I'm prepared for your comments.

Re: General discussion chat Ah, come on. I really want a mac to play with, especially if it's an aluminum one. (Or one of those black ones. Those look cool.) I've had a few macs that I've played around with but they were all ancient powerpc things. (One being a mac pro with dual powerpc cpus.) I'll trade a Latitude D505 for it. This thing is a fuckin beast.
