deliver vehicle scenario won't work

can someone help me please because whenever i try to play a scenario in any map that has the deliver vehicle scenario in it, the scenario goes black and it's unable to play. i got proof

Clear cache and try doing this scenario in safe mode.

 

i tried clearing the cache and still does the same

 

Then try doing this in safe mode. If that happens even in safe mode, then verify file integrity through steam.

but the thing is that it's giving me a black screen so i don't know what mod causes it to happen

 

Oh, so, it happens when you use mods?
Well, look for outdated ones.
If there is a mod that breaks something, then sorry, but I cant help you here. If there are not a lot of mods, then you may turn on one by one to understand which one is causing the issue.
