Cannot Change Time of Day

    On East Coast USA (official map), I can't change the time of day or make it play as it is stuck on 16:48. I tried to add a scatter sky but it still is stuck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Does the issue persist in Safe Mode? (Launcher -> Support tools)
