I don’t have BeamNG (yet and I haven’t had it since December 2024 due to my gaming PC giving up) but I’ll prob buy it when it comes on sale at some point.
Yeah I agree, but they aren't as interested in it as me, and I guess they just don't realise how good it really is...
I wonder if the devs will ever make a new gen after the one or a previous one for a car we have already. So far we only have a pessima
KINDA do already ( depending how you look at it ) First you had the Burnside, witch is part of Gavril, Burnside Then becomes the Bluebuck, ( there is a late 1950s gap ) There is a Marshal version of the Bluebuck i think, Then that becomes the Grand marshal, Then if you want to add the BASTION as a FULL size spiritual successor, Gives us today's years mostly, Mussel car has lore to ( thanks to spiritual successors ) Burnside i think was first to sorta have a Factory go fast ( yes the nine had a v8. but i dunno if you call it Muscle car ) The sport coupe, Then in the 60s you get the go fast Blue buck! witch to be fair is like the 409 beach boys song. early 60s stunning beauty! Then the barstow, witch is PURE muscle car, With base eco i6 and v8s, To high power fun machines Then that comes to the 70s with the moon-hawk with its emission v8, Then the 80s gave us the D-series when Go fast pick-up utes where a thing, Then the grand marshal and the bastion, Even small cars, first it was the pickle, ( autobello ) then the miramar, Then i guess i will go the Covet, Then after ( and a gap ) the sunbrust, Then the vivace range, However depends if you really want to add spiritual successors. and or agree with the Gavil lore i posted, IMHO yes! Would be GREAT to see new gens of cars Like the Covet, Like a 2000s hatch or something, or a new hopper, new BX-series ECT
I think the developers should focus more on adding car niches which either haven’t been filled at all, or at least haven’t been fully explored yet, although I think a 2010s Pessima and a mid/late 2000s Barstow with retro styling would be nice
The main reason that constantly gets overlooked and drives me nuts is that most of us Americans drive big trucks and cars (mmm, land boats) just because we have so much land here. It's a huge country. You can see the same thing in places like Russia, where Suburbans and Tahoes are (relatively) popular.
I can assure you that from the standpoint of most european citizens the situation is completely reversed. Actually polar opposite. Also I don’t know any people that haven’t heard of 9/11. The date obviously isn’t as synonymous as in the States but there’s certainly an awareness of the events.
Guys stop talking bout 9/11, this is a BeamNG forum. Most people outside the usa know about 9/11 but it doesn’t concern any of us non Americans, every country has had their incidents.
