Well, we've entered the daily update zone, as of a couple minutes ago (10:12 UTC was when 0.30 dropped, which is the earliest that an update's released in the day since 0.7 (5 Oct 2016, 00:23)). However, we also got a lot of mods released/updated today, which didn't happen for the last several updates. (0.34-36 had around 2-3 mods release along with them, 0.33 had one, 0.32 had five, 0.30 and 0.31 didn't have any at all)--- Of course, the moment that I become slightly pessimistic, Tdev has to dunk on me.
Brake glow looks great and that’s definitely a remastered large spinner prop. Looks very industrial and real as opposed to…well…video game prop thing
I think I finally understand now, they are remastering the old props making them way more realistic. The old props don't actually make sense how they function, like the large spinner, hamster wheel, and large cannon for example. There are no physical controls or motors to power it. It makes sense they are overhauling a ton of the props. Also the brake glow looks fantastic. The old large spinner actually looks terrible compared to the supposedly remastered one:
Usually, the devblog comes out a bit after the update. It's been like this for the past several updates (since at least 0.30, IIRC).
Oh speaking of part picker I had a great idea in mind related to parts. I'll have to hurry up with my concept art and get it published asap.
