Yeah.... I'll try to release an update fixing that and whatever other stuff I have ready. The basic engine has been switched to use the Nine's engine model on my end.

I need to recheck what I have, but I think right now a small update with the stuff I have done would include : V8 swap Stock engine changed to nine's flathead engine, including some of the performance parts it has Hotrod suspension and windshield New generic halogen light textures + smooth lights I had a few more things I wanted to do as well, but considering the engine textures are completely broken that would be good enough for an update. I just need to swap in the new Miramar engine models, jbeam the new engine parts, and then go over the whole thing and make sure that there's nothing that isn't in a releasable state in my WIP files.
I don't a Nine engine would sound realistic if this is supposed to be a Willys Jeep. Also, would it be possible to add an option for blackout lights instead of front blinkers for the next update? Thanks!

The lights were on my to-do list, but with the engines being broken I want to push something out soonish. The Nine engine is just the mesh, it keeps the power curve it had before.
Had a few RL things get in the way the past few weeks, so I haven't progressed a ton. Although I've been able to get most of the new Miramar engine stuff in-game and working. Right now it's mostly a question of looking at the stuff that's mostly finished and fixing the small bits that aren't ready for release. Things like AO burn from making brackets options, bits clipping through other bits (like the hot rod rear axle) and stuff like that. Here's a few pics of the stuff that's going to be in the fix/update. Main things that I'd like to do but won't be there in that update are : -More hardcore crawler with 4-link suspension. -More skins including rusty ones. This requires redoing the UV maps, and I'd like to wait until the crawler is done as that might require having body variants with cut-up fender flares. -More period correct light options, especially for the military variants -Added detail work when it comes to interactible bits. Things like having the hood clamps be props like on the superlite, and having all the interior have interactible bits.
Hello, i have decided to list a few suggestions that i think would be awesome if included in the future updates. Some have already been mentioned here. A fuel door for the civilian body. Additional foglights, hazard lights etc. (Mentioned before). Maybe a high hood CJ-3B inspired body. A rusty/dirty skin (Mentioned before, could include a beater config idk). Oem+ Koenig Full hard top and half top. A 2WD dispatcher mail truck variant. A pintle hitch. And last but not least, a tailgate for the civilian versions. Its basically the same mechanism as the one on the bruckell nine. As i said, these are just suggestions but nonethless, these things would be really cool to see in this mod in the future.
I could definitely see the pintle hitch and tailgate being added, and possibly the additional lights. However, I doubt that things like the hard roof will be added, as they would take a lot of work to implement. It is possible that someone might make an add-on for it though.
My friend from Poland is actually making the half cab for me, after its done we will decide whether to publish it or keep it private. I just figured it was worth a shot to mention it here, in a different context but yeah.
