The Gavril D15 is a robust full-size pickup truck. This is a 4WD short bed regular cab model, powered by a 233 cubic inch I6 with a 4-speed column-shifted automatic transmission. It weighs roughly 4400 lbs.

Stock, it features front independent suspension (short long arms double wishbone) with coil springs, live axle rear suspension with leaf springs, 17 inch steel wheels, and disc brakes. It also has a front sway bar to reduce body roll and decrease the propensity to oversteer and roll over.

It's quite slow and handles poorly, but it more than makes up for it with durability and brute force. It also has a tow hitch.

Put him a (breakable) windows-cleaners (i guess i said wrongly the name ...) And a Radio Antenna it will be perfect :) You also can put something into the back , like (wood , bottles or some other stuff) to see the movement of the objects and the interaction with the crash :) Also a mudguards can be amazing :) And try to show this car in different colours like black or White XD No more petitions for now ;) XD i'm just joking your work is very good , this ideas were only propositions

I hope they will be a great ideas !!!

good to see your line of gavrils make an appearance, will you be making a couple of different versions to show off the "modability" for those who aren't familiar with RoR?

We plan to implement a modular parts system, so that a multitude of different variants can be constructed in-game.

So I can like, ingame, replace the pickup bed with a flatbed, then tie down a porta-potty on it and then record a hilarious youtube video of me driving this assembly off a parking garage into a picnic area full of children?

Sick. I like this a lot. As much as I'm looking forward to this, I'm looking forward to the ingame editor I keep hearing about. Gonna be just what we need.

I very much like that truck gabester, red fits it well. Are all the vehicles we've seen so far part of the Gavril line of vehicles?

From reading this, I suspect there may be other versions in the future. You never know...

EDIT: Whoops, I didn't quite understand gabester's post concerning the modular parts until I read it a second time. Thought he meant there could be parts added to it (like a bullbar, mudflaps, wheels, those kind of things), instead of different types of the same truck. Maybe both. It's a very nicely done truck nonetheless.

Well yeah, anything would be possible. I could swap the bed out for a flatbed, or maybe just take off some of the body panels, or add a bull bar, or give it a V8, or maybe a suspension lift...

Possibly add rust or a scratch to it? Make it seem more like a beat em up truck.

There's already dirt on it, but rust and scratches can be possible too :)

Easly you can put textures with HD scratches and all this ... more difficult to do would be scratches in real time...

On the note, gabester has recently been making modern, state of the art gavrils, however with beamng this (awesome looking) truck and the sedans are somewhat older.
