Re: General discussion chat I drove a Camaro yesterday. A V6, though. I was kinda disappointed, honestly. It handled well, but it was a little slower than I expected. It's not slow by any means, but I expected it to have a little more power. Even balls-out-pedal-to-the-floor you're kinda left sitting there waiting for the speedo to climb to 60. My dad's Genesis is definitely faster while being quite a bit larger and 4 door. We've had that car for like 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten to really see what it can do. I wanna drive it. Like really drive it. I got to once but it was literally in the parking lot of a police station so I couldn't do very much :|
Re: General discussion chat I am ok at not spending all ma moneys. I just dont spend much, my computer is the most expensive thing i have bought and frankly it the thing that i have probably got the best value for money out of. It gets used constantly so of course it makes sense to spend a fair amount on it. While a car would be nice i dont actually need one and while i could afford driving lessons and buy one i would not be able to afford insurance or fuel etc but parents wont allow for driving lessons anyway. A Logitech G25 is just as good as any car, right.... right, cries in corner

Re: General discussion chat Same boat. Car over PC normally. However I may be getting a bunch of PC parts second hand soon for a good price so I won't pass that up (and I can budget for them), but if it was down to PC parts or car parts, car parts any day.

Re: General discussion chat yeah, looked up the 2014 v6 data camaro v6 in 2014 has a decent amount of HP, but even my family's '03 4.6L V8 has more torque (camaroV6: 278 Expedition 4.6L: 291) now, something interesting is that the 4.6L V8 in the expedition also has more torque then the 2014 mustang v6 (mustang: 280 vs 4.6L 291) i suppose that's to be expected, as being giant american BOF suv it needs torque to accelerate at a decent rate of acceleration while still having torque left over for towing
Re: General discussion chat I spent over 1,600 dollars last year on a metal backyard swing set with only 2 swings and nothing else. I have been loving it ever since. I'm guessing that is the most expensive thing I have bought.
Re: General discussion chat Yeah. Engine sounds pretty mean under WOT though. Woulda been really fun if it were a manual, but it just had that stupid sport auto setup with the cheap feeling paddle shifters.

Re: General discussion chat Go lay down somewhere. Also, the monitors we use at school are awful. Eye strain is at 120%. Maybe glasses required, i can't read the clock.
