Posted here on the Forum until I get Repository approval... Requirements: Dazy's Satsuma 1000 Bugster's Satsuma Expansion Hello! A rally-modified Satsuma taking on the Suvi-Sprint. Lately I've been playing My Summer Car, and realized the BeamNG.drive version wasn't exactly what I pictured.Dazy's Satsuma mod and Bugster's Satsuma Expansion are both terrific mods, but they just didn't scratch the itch for me. I took the time to port over the behavior, sounds, and a couple custom configs to really let you experience the true My Summer Car Experience inside of BeamNG.drive. Complete Features List: Exhaust, Transmission & Starter motor sounds ported from My Summer Car Porting the engine sounds was awful for a variety of reasons and they can't be perfect due to how My Summer Car implements them. This is also where a majority of the mod's size comes from. Either the engine sounds awful all the time, or we force FMOD to sound how we want with samples every 25 RPM. Sounds are originally sourced from public domain, just adjusted to match My Summer Car. Reworked Torque Curve for 988cc ohv i4, increased rev limit Adjusted radiator performance Rewrote Satsuma-specific LUA script Entirely new cold-start and float chamber logic. This removes the annoying "Engine cold!" popups, and the choke actually does what the choke should do - keep the AFR in check so the car doesn't backfire when cold. 5 new configs: Summer Car Base-line Satsuma AMP Rusty Summer Car "That car of yours ruins my driveway." Summer Car GT Full Satsuma GT package Suski's Choice Modified to (hopefully) impress Suski on a date Amateur Rally Heavily modified to compete in the Peräjärven Suvi-Sprint Gallery A rusty Satsuma. Not sure how it passed inspection. A pimped-out Satsuma, ready to pick up the ladies.
