first we had the paid cars (i think cherrier picnic was the first) fair enough mid 90s euro nugg then we had paid bicycles and motorcycles by tonycartoony, alr nice we had free mods with paid addons (configs, parts ect) After that we had gore mods on modland and now this, and this will be normal in a month with modders spamming these all over forums

Why would you make a sound mod paid? Like seriously, 3 DAMN DOLLARS FOR JUST GETTING A SIMPLE ENGINE SOUND? (To make this even worse, I checked his Patreon and he makes 359 bucks a month from those paid sound mods he makes)
chill out bc mods will prob remove your message for "offtopic/drama" mods like this will be coming up more often than ever and people will get used to it I suspect we may see paid career mod expansion or a map that's 30 bucks maybe even paid automation mods because someone slapped a car together in 3 hours and called it hard work
My post isn’t meant to be offtopic and it’s not meant to start drama at all lol. Making Automation mods paid is just plain stupid. Like, would people make that paid yet Automation mods don’t have interiors at all (well, maybe some modders wanting money too much might do that)
2 possibilities 1. He buys equipment for the mod. (Which isn't very intelligent, I think.) 2. He already has the equipment because he is pro in the sound and doesn't need to buy anything. Why charge for the mod?

I'm not complaining about the price and effort...but selling mods for a fee using the real BMW brand and engine name means that you could be sued by BMW for copyright and your sales would be lost, and, although I don't think so, all BMW mods could disappear from any mod site like Company F did.
i see some people dont know you Redknee but since i know Phaien well i know its quite a handful of work to make a sound this good sounding all the recording needs to be edited and convertet to make it usable in good quality in a Game. but i would personally prefer a one time purchase without needing to spend the same money every month BUT Ur one of the best Sound Modders out there and i also know some Modders as an example like Phaien love to work with you together to make sounds for cars best example imo the Giulia from Phaien u absolutely NAILED the sound of the QV keep up ur good work i will probably buy it cause i know your sound mods long enough, and i know they are nearly perfect. one point being ur gear of course which is pretty expensive. --- Post updated --- Also guys BTW this dude here Redknee is the man behind that GT3 Porsche Sound mod for Twixxers 911 just as an information Also Redknee is the Sound different in Sport and Comfort Mode?
Ignore all of the forum bots in this thread, I’m in your Discord so I know the work you put into this and all of your other sounds, you do great work on these and I hope you keep it up, don’t let these children scold you away from making sound mods as I feel it’s something this game lacks. The base sounds are decent, but hearing an actual B58 come out of the car when you’re driving will never compare.
