Frustrating bottlenecks for a while now

Hi there, I have gone through two cpus, 3 gpus so far and this issue has still occured. I have swapped between single channel and dual channel memory a lot. I am having a major CPU bottleneck on lowest settings, with all mods disabled. Here is the potential bottleneck screenshots. I do not have screenshots of when I had my rx480, so it is not included.

Also my specs are:

Ryzen 7 3700x
ASRock b450 steel legend
NVIDIA Quadro K2200 (placeholder GPU)
16gb of Corsair Venegence LPX 3200mhz RAM (dual channel)

I would rather say that you're GPU-bound. Both CPUs you mentioned are more than enough to run BeamNG.
I played BeamNG with a GT 1030 before, your Quadro K2200 and Vega Graphics are weaker than my GT 1030 which already had trouble to run the game in Low 1080p even 720p, so I would recommend you upgrading your GPU instead. Your RX480 should be able to run BeamNG without any issues in Medium/High settings.
