I don't see anything that suggests that... The team's artists have used that art style on many occasions before
Do you honestly think the BeamNG devs would ever do that? Plus, if it was ever really AI, the game cover wouldn't really look that high quality. --- Post updated --- It's time to speculate!
I highly doubt it's AI, since there's no AI hallmarks, like nonsensical letters or lines. Plus, the Beam team doesn't seem to consist of people who'd use AI slop.
The cover image isn't AI from what I know. I saw it being created step by step with feedback from a lot of team members, made by one of our internal artists
What are these new jbeaming techniques?? The only thing i recognise is the collision stuff with rails and slidenodes
Respectfully, what makes you think it is AI? It seems to use the same method as the original game cover, where it is a cross between an in-game image with some details added with traditional art.
Am I the only one who sees it? Its one of those massive mining trucks!!!!! The slidnods abd stuff are used for structural stability.
I tale back what I said, its way to small. --- Post updated --- I think we can all agree this is for sure a vehicle.
slidenodes arent used for structural stability, since they cant deform. the only usecase for "structure" is either attaching things to other things, like suspensions to frame, or to prevent wobbling under acceleration (used in miramar, idk if its still there)
Nah they are ofen used, on the frame of most older body on frame vehicles --- Post updated --- Looking at it again its for sure a mining truck.
