An old London double-decker bus like your pfp would be sick.

Hell yes it would be . Front engine buses are cool. Most of em are manual to which makes them interesting to drive.

Yea, that’s 100 percent a big heavy loader, probably with forks in front like a lot mentioned. I’m all for it. I like cars and I love racing, but variety is what makes a sandbox game a sandbox.

It’s called beamng.DRIVE. It’s not beamng.race, rally, truck, baja…just drive. If they put the same care and detail into this they do with everything else, then I’ll gladly use it.

I think these projects benefit the devs, it keeps them from working on the same things over and over. New challenges, new ideas, that’s how people stay motivated. The new cars and refreshes will come later

If I'm not wrong, some london buses were with a semi-automatic (pre-selected gear Wilson Epicyclic) transmission.

Some where, but most pre war front engine buses and mostly outside of London either had crash boxes aka non synchronous transmissions or where manual . Semi and Automatic tended to be in later buses after the war.

I'm not sick but yeah, we pretty much have every niche covered by a 90s vehicle anyway, except for a small BOF Pick-Up and SUV, for which the 1.8 SOHC/2.4 SOHC I4s and the 2.7 V6 of the Ibishu brand can be great. The 2.5 OHV I4 and 3.8 OHV V6 of the Bruckell brand can be great too, along with an updated version of the 309CUI/5063cc V8 for something special!

So what? They didn't care for the styling of the SBR4, they didn't care for a vehicle like the Wydra, they didn't care for a vehicle like the Nine and yet these cars are with us. I'd love to see each and every one of the vehicle propositions you mentioned! :)

That's true, but vehicles that get requested more times probably get higher priority.

They scrapped the Civetta Fulmine a long time ago, and haven't released/teased anything like it since, so I'm guessing such a car is very low on their priority list :(

Why are you all so sure it's a forklift, just by the rearview mirror, where you can only see the shadow of something large? Why can't it just be a tow truck or a dump truck hauling a bus? LOL

Not really. The typical Midsize Sedan is FWD but the Bastion is RWD, so it handles differently. Not to mention that it's a whole size larger than Midsize, being a Full-Size Sedan.
With that said, a modern Bruckell Midsize Sedan could share some of the existing modern Bruckell engines; an updated version of the 2.5 I4 and the Bastion's 3.5 V6, both mounted transversely and, if it is in the same 2016-2022 time frame as the Bastion, they could be coupled with some more modern automatic transmissions (say an 8-Speed Auto and a 6-Speed Manual, practically the same units as in the Bastion, but put transversely).

Funny how you say no one often cares for the nine. I adore the nine and its the most used car i have. AND for a EV the EV Sbr4 is my go to car! Even the ICE Version i often do use lots of,

Same with the bastion witch most forget,

Its the off roader stuff that i often dont use same with this heavy duty front loader thing,

That is what makes beam GREAT ( or the BEST ) due to the fact there is something for everyone ( no boats/planes as of yet, other then mods )

I mean what other game has classic 1930s stunners ( a few ) yet none that i know of have a base i4 factroy flat head v8s as well as hot rods and every body style,

    They add everything, 30s cars
    1950s classic ( i really love the burnside )
classic JDM ( mirmer how ever you spell it ) 200bx covet
new ( ish ) jdm Sunburst Sbr4 pessima mk2 ect,
new USA cars basrtion kinda Grandmsrshal new d-series ect

The old classics ( nine barstow bluebuck pickle ( autobello ) Burnsdie and more! ( Moonhawk sedan when :p ) ?

Anyway, So no i wont use this front loader much, BUT when i do i will Love it and i cant wait to see all the STUNNING details it will have,

PS in that list i forgot to add the german stuff, just goes to show how much beam does cover dont it :D

Edit no way am i disagreeing with you :) i mean this post to agree with you :)

It's ok, no hard feelings mate! :)
I just felt like answering to our friend because he made a good point about this group of people not showing any interest in cars like the Nine and I think that every car deserves attention in BeamNG due to each and every one of them being different than the others. Frankly, that's what a real car enthusiast is, I believe! :)
I adore the Nine too! I just love seeing and driving this car, even though its suspension technology is archaic - then again, that's what BeamNG does best; depicting various technologies in a realistic way, like you said with your point about the Flathead I4 and V8 engines! :)

P.S.: I'd love to see a turn-of-the-century Supercar with a semi-automatic transmission and a 90s RWD 2-seater Roadster with the Ibishu 1.5/2.0 DOHC I4s! And a mid-00s European City Car with a Japanese 3-cylinder engine would be nice too (the semi-automatic transmission technology can be applied here as well), Hirochi and Cherrier could make a great little car! Although I wouldn't feel good seeing it get crashed/crushed, since I own one of these little things IRL (it's a Peugeot 107)! ;)

Yes, the Civetta Fulmine scrapping was sad. But I still hope that someday...
