i love driving first person. a lot of people do. BUT the quality in the interiors are terrible! theres so much room! wait wait stay with me here! there is barely ANYTHING to play with in the interior , the infotainment dont do much and guess what? the damage models are worse! it would be AMAZING if the devs actually imrpove the interior quality! maybe make the infotainment actually useful , or maybe add a realistic domelight , working AC or i dunno anything else that would make an interior better. and oh maybe even make the race dashboard buttons (start , fuel etc) work! that would be so much more fun!
i completely agree, it seems like vehicle interiors are something that are easily overlooked by the devs and honestly the playerbase too, but i think adding stuff like working AC and dome lights would add a whole new layer of realism and immersion
i still play a trucking sim from i dunno, maybe 2003? its caleld extreme trucker or smth i dunno but the level of immersion the interiors have is by far superior. every single button is animated , all the gauges like oil pressure , fuel level and stuff work! and the textures and models are so good they still par up with modern games! --- Post updated --- called*
logical to be honest. the current optimizations of the game is so bad that my Rx6500M is struggling with it
What is working AC meant to even do It literally serves no purpose, also making interiors deform better would be much difficult, they'd need to be a much more dense physics structure, which would be harder to do, be heavier on CPU, and give neglible amounts of better deformation
good idea but devs gotta do a whole lot of other stuff before trying to do this without any sort of problems
