You can call it a facelift, new generation, or LCI, whatever you want. But the trunk lid should have the same markings as the original ETK 800.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update regarding the project.

I’ve decided to step away from the project due to a combination of personal health reasons and the increasing difficulty of keeping up with the project’s direction and workload.

That said, I’m not leaving things unfinished, everything I’ve already worked on for the Virtual Cockpit has been shared with the team, so development can continue without having to start from scratch.

I truly wish the team and the project the best, and I hope you’ll continue to support the mod as it moves forward.

So yeah little anoucement idk if this happens to anyone else but while i was packing the mod for release it got corrupted and the dae file f*ck*d up so maybe release the 10.

For people wondering about this, we are activley working in this mod. There are a few bugs that have to be fixed. We are newbies at modding (except SupraTech and BaconBeam maybe ) so thats why it can take a bit.
Just to clarify

 

If anyone is wondering why the thread's status is WIP, it's because we're reworking this mod (expand on GoblinGreenGuy) but you all can still download original version from first post

 

Okay. I have to say it. I dont wanna be mean, but. The mod, as much as i can see only has a badly edited bumper 3d model. and thats all. The virual cockpits, ifnotainments etc, trust me. If youre still at the very beginning stages of modding and cant model or jbeam properly yet, doing a html based screen simply even isnt remotely in your skilset and promising it isnt a great idea bc people will be disappointed. Even i struggle with making html based screens and harder stuff ive had to comission from proffessional HTML coders

sorry but, have you seen what we are changing on this mod? We are completely changing it (Atleast trying). Adding new gauges, changing interior and MORE.
And even lorewise: this is "JUST" a facelift. Supposed to bring new stuff to an existing car.
We might be slow and unexperienced, but just WAIT. We are slowly but surely adding more content. Some things we haven't even MENTIONED here yet.
As said, be patient. Every pro modder had a first mod. And this is kinda big for a first mod (I think)

 

Oh i read through the full thread. and i respect the effort. But just so you know, any touch screen is neither easy, or makes a mod isntantly high quality. Take the Royal Renderings S650 mustang, touch screen is amazing, mod is mediocre at best

 

Yes, I know that I mod. I completely understand you now. It isnt easy, youre right. But we are all still learning :/)

 

I get that. And I bet you can get the digital gauges looking good. But touchscreen. I really wouldnt promise that to people, only very select people even in this community know how to do it.
