WIP Beta released TA Trailer/Prop Expansion and Liftgate Discussion

The Liftgate makes me thinking about the AR162B's old T-Series mod. Damn, Time flies.

 

Looks like the Liftgate-Flatbed Upfit has been coverage the Original Flatbed Upfit. Plz fix it.

 

pretty sure this needs to be renamed to something else thats why its breaking vanilla flatbed also this needs to be renamed as it breaks the vanilla dollys fifthwheel detach from working

MD series liftgate texture broke

 

There was an update to EFC’s drivetrain expansion. Maybe the two are conflicting?

 

Here is the temporary quick fix until I release an update.

 

Can we see more stuff from AR162B's old T-Series mod?

 

Would it be possible to get a half length variant of the lift gate, similar to the 48 inch platform offered by Maxon?

 

Like what? What do you mean by "more"? Don't recall doing anything from that mod.

I have new log trailers with logging grappling arms in the works as well as many new original load props for all flatbed trailer types planned

Briefly thought about that, probably will save that functionality for my own DryVans. These mods probably won't see an update aside from a hotfix anytime too soon as I've been cooking something up.

Exhaust part can change the position of Flatbed & Dryvan upfit that it will cause the conflict with liftgate.

 

Got it, will apply rearFrameOffset to liftgate and fix any texture issues in the next hotfix. Should be within the next couple of days. Thank you!

IIRC in the other trailer expansion thread this was the endgoal? or part of it.

 

My liftgate was originally just an experiment with the goal of achieving something like this. This is indeed planned.
