For the past 6 to 7 months, I have been playing beam on mac using crossover and its going on pretty well on high graphic settings and ig if it is ported to mac officially then it would be more easier to load up the game rather than open it from saperate applications and would provide better performances. I'm in a impression that this will reach out to the official devs too.
have you tried using an inherently superior operating system (linux mint) or a slightly better operating system (windows) (linux mint is better)
are u trying to justify that macos is not the best os out there boyyy??????????? I am asking for a macos support cause its better than what i experienced in windows pcs twin and linux... EWWWWWW!!!!!
you are closer to linux than you are to windows. Embrace the full experience, reject the corporations.
not exactly BeamNG related, but i recall Camshaft ending the Mac branch of Automation because of several reasons (one of them was definitely the cost of Mac infrastructure on their end) so it'll probably just be expensive for BeamNG to do, and they'd rather focus on a platform they can build for on their existing hardware (Linux) Camshaft did however suggest Parallels in their post, so you can try that. --- Post updated --- surprised you didn't suggest Arch immediately i get it, Windows sucks, and Mac isn't perfect. but Linux has its own issues too and besides, i don't think Linux Mint supports the ARM architecture. which... pretty much every Apple computer released since 2020 uses.
I am an ubuntu supremacist. If something does not work OEM on Mint, 9 times out of 10 you can spam terminal commands until it works, and the 1 time it doesn't, you javascript the hell out of your computer to make it work
