Some possible design choices/suggestions. I'd recommend to make lines smoother and use more polygons where possible. It can really help to reference other vehicle's polyflow to try and follow some of the techniques used for the panels.
I would recommend subdividing the model a bit, so you don't have all of those jagged edges. It looks good though! I also like TTN's suggestions
