Anyone know what the issue is here? Firefox is displayed as being at 100% volume yet it plays at half volume through my speakers as shown by the device mixer. (Of course sound isn't always at 100% but it gets close to peaking in the right places)
it had to be one of the two. The lowered volume will be a setting in that then. Check your volume sliders in youtube videos etc.
The YouTube player is at 100% Do you know where else i could look? Is it more likely to be a codec issue? My setup hasn't changed for years. I guess html5 has now been forced on but i have been using it for a while.
Most schools in central Texas were cancelled due to "bad weather." It's currently 37°F and sunny. Not that I'm complaining, just find it a bit unnecessary.
I seriously just said stake... Wow All the stories of chicken organs in KFC (which are real) have kind of turned me off from it.
Thew president of czech republic was recently in a good mood (when visiting a winery) and said "Death to vegetarians and nondrinkers" Yeah he is also considered a international idiot and global dumbass but hey
http://store.steampowered.com/sale/steam_machines steam machines are showing up on the steam store i like that digital storm, pretty cool IMO
Wasn't the steam machine supposed to be a cheap console alternative? Lol. Might as well build a PC with that money. - - - Updated - - - Overpriced? What? The ASUS looks really cool, but it's also expensive. They don't tell you the actual specs, just i5 and Geforce 900 series. I'll guess for $700 it's a 4440/60 and a GTX 960. The ASUS ROG seems to have the same GPU (it says 9-series, currently the lowest end is the 960), and a better CPU for the same price. Although from what I'm seeing they seem to be closer to a pre-built PC than a proper console alternative. Gigabyte has a 4770R... And integrated graphics. Why Seen them all, the ASUS is the only one that sort of makes sense for the price. You'll be paying about $100 more than if you built your own PC with the same specs, not bad for a pre-built. You do lose any kind of upgrade headroom though, but I guess it's a rather fair trade off for the small size. The only problem I could think of is heat, don't know how they'll keep it cool.
well they don't release until november, so maybe the gtx 950 (assuming nvidia has plans on making a gtx 950 anyway) will be out by then? because the current gen asus rog's use a gtx 750 ti, so i'd assume asus is waiting for the gtx 950 before releasing the versions with 900 series gpu's also, the digital storm one is fully upgradeable, the asus rog can only have the ram and storage drive upgraded personally i'd be fine with the pentium and 960 if it means i can just upgrade the cpu eventually
