WIP Beta released Enhanced Dashboard with Realistic Driving Features

Ah, yes, that's a bug. I will fix it in the next update. Btw, 1.0.16 with fixed camera exposure, so make sure to update.

 

Absolutely beautiful mod, but it has too many features!
The only real issue I have is with the real estate this app takes up on my screen, showing info I do not need. Can you allow the app to hide the current speed, gear, map, speed limit, etc. and only show the trip computer?
The trip computer and adaptive range/economy calculation are brilliant, and are what I use the mod for most of the time - but those take up only a tiny spot with the speedometer and map taking up swathes of area, due to my low-res monitor.
Can you add the trip computer as a separate compact/collapsible app as well, or allow the app to show only the mileage/range/avg speed, and hide everything else if desired?
Thanks for making this mod though, it is beautifully designed but maybe a bit too big .

 

Thank you for feedback and kind words. Yes, I can do it. Next update should make the mod more modular, with separate widgets for camera-only, trip-computer-only, parking assist-only. Can you send me a screenshot of what the mod looks like on your screen?

Update 1.0.17:

• Pitch and Roll indicators no longer appear automatically when you shift into low gear
• Bug fixes

 

Next update will make the mod more modular, allowing you to have cameras only, parking sensors only, Trip Computer only, dashboard only (no assists), or the entire suite.

 

Any chance you could make it so the speed limit sound doesnt turn back on every time you open the game menu or reset the car?

 

Yep, that's a bug. I will make a fix real quick (also noticed it).

 

And something else, switching to another car disables the headlights on the car you were on.

 

Is OP actually tdev, cause the profile is called “1-TRS” but when I click on it it’s tdev’s profile

Version 1.0.19:

• Fixes a bug with speed limit alert resetting after resetting the car and in other scenarios
• Fixes a bug with headlights turning off when switching to other vehicles

great mod but i've noticed every now and then when coming to a stop my car will throw itself into reverse and absolutely just send it.

 

You are second to report this, so looks like it is a bug on the mod side. Looking into it.

 

Most likely they're using Arcade Gearbox and the car is using autohold. Since autohold is pressing the brake pedal, and in Arcade Mode when you press brake it reverses, that most likely is it.

 

Man, I never even tested Arcade mode. You are right, Arcade mode sends it. Will fix it ASAP.

A quick fix for Arcade gearbox:

• Auto Hold no longer sends the car into reverse
• Disabled Transmission Locks for Arcade gearbox

what i have to do that i am alowed to use the offroad mod. I have a MD series With 4wd and low/high range. What also do i need?
