That car is absolutely hideous & I don't know why, but I just love it..

 

Even that is pretty unconventional design in the EU, and some considered it hideous, i LOVE these scorpios.
At one point i seriously considered buying one, I could get a Ghia (top trim) for like 25k (1k $)

Fords designers were taking some serious acid at some point.

 

I believe these had nothing to do with ford the only ford piece is the original wagon and then another company made them as wheelchair accessible cabs(and possibly personal use). I may be wrong about the ford part but usually work like this was never done by the factory as their is an industry all about wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Of course they are still ugly but in this case the function outweighs the ugly in my opinion.

If only it were that simple. There are so many other things wrong with the new MX-5. Like the entire front facia, for example.

 

Ford does not make them. They start out as standed wagon's Then are raped. But theses are better then prius taxi's lol

Guys, you seriously cant expect Mazda to just pump out the same car. Every car brand has to make the car safe for the road which means it becomes bigger, they cant add pop ups because they aren't allowed any more, they have to keep up with modern looks whether we like it or not. You cant just expect Mazda to make out dated, unsafe & un-roadworthy cars just so someone car throw it around an empty car park.

 

The first and second generation MX-5's are pretty. The third generation has an ugly interior and a dull design. This one (Forth generation) has a horrid exterior design, but the interior makes me think of the Ferrari 458's interior.

Well it seems the legitimate 2015 countryman is giving it a run for its money for the ugly prize...really the 2015 Chinese one has some better designs in some little places (but its probably hideously unsafe and badly built)
