BeamNG gets stuck loading 100% 3.7.8 when loading map / Truck dashboard has no texture

I have two problems.
When I am playing on a map and choose another map to play on, the game gets stuck on loading 100%
The game is responding and the loading icon is moving.
This only happens when I press the escape button and press the levels tab.

Also, the Default Truck has no texture for the dash. I have upload a picture of the interior. I'm pretty sure that this a known bug. I don't think it is caused by another car in the vehicles folder because this only started happening today when I updated from 3.7.7 to 3.7.8

To avoid texture bugs etc clear the catche located in Documents/Beamng.drive

 

Clearing the cache doesn't work. I even reinstalled the game to ver. 3.7.9 and I do have the dash texture bug.
