I am new to overclocking (this is actually my first time) i used AMD Catlyst to overclock, and when i got done I ran BeamNG at 50 fps, (usually i run at 30) but random lag spike every 2 seconds, i overclocked the CPU and the GPU and i don't know what to do now.

EDIT: Should i just use OC Genie 2 or The AMD thing?

Have you tried stability testing with Prime95 and FurMark, you might have some instability.

You need a new graphics card. A 6570 is not enough for any kind of gaming.

I used to have a 6670, slightly better than yours, you might as well forget about running Beam on that thing. Or anything from after 2010 on anything better than potato graphics.

    Grab a Radeon R7 260X. It's a pretty good gaming card for $90-100. Cheap.
