Fuckin' fixed my internet for good now. EDIT: Did a special speed test with my Killer Networking app:
Its kinda so-so. I have seen so much better from reddit before. Amusing at least. Lesson for the future: backup. We don't all have space to backup everything we have, but at least back up the crucial stuff. Shouldnt have to point out. A backup on the same drive as the original work is not a backup.
The thing is, it was a relatively new drive, I didnt expect it to give up. Atleast the most important things are on another hard drive too, but I still lost things that would have been very nice to have.
depending on how badly it died you may be able to recover some things from it depending on important the thing on it were.
Nothing important enough that I can remember now, its a mechanical failure......... - - - Updated - - - so its going to be expensive to repair - - - Updated - - - Aljowen, what fps are you getting with your setup on gridmap with a T75 at max settings?
I'm loving the AI in the Experimental version, I spawned a car turned the AI to random on one d-15 and was chasing it trying to pit it into something but i actually crashed my car trying to take out the AI! I love that it can actually be a challenge to take out the AI now I am looking forward to the future of the game development because it is getting so good lately.Take a look at some old videos and look at the massive enhancements on everything! Thank you Dev team for such a great game!
Is there any way to enable dynamic reflections for all vehicles rather than just the active one? I wanna park two chrome vans side by side and see what happens (inb4 gpu is ded)
I messed with the BIOS in my 270s. Even with the power limit jacked way up (40% increase) I can't break 1200MHz stable.
man, you seem really unlucky with overclocking first you had that motherboard that didn't let you change voltage, then you couldn't get over some clock on your cpu (i forget what it was, 5.2GHZ?), and now you can't get past 1200MHZ on your gpu
That A8 was a shitty lying dirty CPU. It had a locked down multiplier and voltage, but if I changed either it would report the changed values (IE if I set it to 5.5GHz CPUz would show 5.5GHz) when in reality it was running stock. Good thing Potato has it now. Anyway, yeah. I messed around with the cards BIOS and jacked the voltage up only to find that it's actually limited to 1245MHz max. (Of course with the high voltage it hit that stable.) I reverted it back to just over stock voltage so hopefully I can get at least close to that 1245MHz limit now. (In Afterburner the slider just goes up to 1245 and in other programs while I can set it to higher speeds it doesn't actually go over 1245MHz.)
So I decided to mess with blender, for personal entertainment. No long term goal really. I try to find something fun to do. Oh look, a pre-made tutorial on how to make those super cool KEVA towers and knock it down! >Loads it >everything explodes even after reading the tutorial. At least I still have an untextured ocean. Super hi-res though and I CAN"T FIGURE OUT RENDERING *cries*
For the exploding issue, it might not be how you made it but how you positioned it. I'm not familiar with it but I assume it's a tower made of a wall of physical pieces stacked together? If that's the case, two pieces might be clipping and forcing themselves apart when the simulation starts, making the rest of it shake.
