Best GTA 5 comment ever!!! If you have friends, this is a great game to play with them. If you don't have any friends, this is a great game to play alone. If you don't have the game to play, get the money for it. If you don't have the money for it, get a job. If you don't have a job, rob the bank. If you get arrested robbing the bank, at least you tried.
I've been playing the game a little but I'm still waiting for a realistic driving mod. All we need it the ability to import edited files into the rpf archives.
That helped me alot. With my craptastic PC I'm getting 60fps sometimes in the street, and always indoors (and in sewers etc). Also, driving at high speeds doesn't kill the framerate. Oh, and the game hasn't crashed since I pira- I mean erm...bought it. (don't freak out, i'm joking, i bought the game )
And I still dont have the game even though I preordered... 44% through redownloading from scratch after steam screwed around.
I think I'm stuck. I'm at the point were you get the mission from Lester, and you're supposed to get some nice clothes and then come to his house of whatever it's called. But, I don't have any money as Micheal and the Preorder bonus all went to Franklin. If someone could tell me how to get past this point that would be great.
There are a bunch of ways to make money in that game besides missions. Do some cab runs or rob a gas station or something. Be creative.
1. Run the program in compatibility mode for windows 7 (shortcut - properties - compatibility) 2. Nos Team has their crack up on their website, no official torrent yet though
micheal already has nice clothes in his wardrobe, just go inside the house, then into his bedroom, and then into the wardrobe and choose the "suits" option
Thanks for the tips everyone, didn't know that Michael had good clothes. Am I the only one that finds it annoying that the menus are capped at 30?
The menus aren't capped I don't think, but they do seem to have worse framerate than in game. Kinda annoying but seeing as I don't use menus mouse driven I find it tolerable. Oh yeah, in case anyone didn't know the launcher thing shouldn't be necessary any more, the last patch is supposed to have fixed it. The problem was finally figured out by someone on the GTA V PC subreddit, the launcher wasn't limited on the number of frames per second it was allowed to draw and as a result eating a ton of resources to render a whole lot of unnecessary frames. It was patched shortly after, I think it's capped at 30 now.
Atleast I'm pretty sure they're capped, cause I don't see any other reason for Shadowplay to show 30fps, espacially when the game itself runs at 70.
Stopped reading at this point. If you pirate a game, don't expect to get support for it. Get out ya filthy pirate.
