Got a question would anyone know how to fix the water?

When ever I go into the water its like White and cant see anything wich is annoying.
It only works on gridmap "the water"

 

Have you tried clearing cache ?

 

Set lighting quality above Lowest.

It works but lags a lot
one reason lighting is lowest everything else is Highest even when I have everything lowest and put lighting highest is lags..
Oh well least I know the problem now thanks
