This update is just amazing. traction under cornering is perfected, the roamer is sweet, and the interface is simple and intuitive. Who cares if it resembles droid's ui? it's called future progress! I can't complain at all..

One thing I noticed. Sometimes, when changing parts, if I don't move my mouse off of the part I'm hovered over and hit backspace to exit the parts menu, the car stays opaque (how it keeps the selected part alpha, but everything else see-thru).

yes, please this. Maybe you guys just have it in the snapshot build, but this just ruins the game. I have a 1920x1080 display, because I want my games to be 1920x1080, not 1800x1080. Anything that ruins the aspect ratio in game ruins the game for me. It also feel terribly unbalanced.

How about a snapshot thread without the ability for others to post (probably already considered)?
The discussions here seem to attract too many keyboard warriors and that makes atleast me and probably the dev's kinda tired. A sick and tired dev means less fun for us who cant contribute to the programming. I check in here to see the latest progress and all i see is tons of post about something way less important.

I believe Shift + U hides the interface. Not sure about the snapshot version.

Just had a chance to try it out.

All i have to say is Brilliant!

The AI has gotten much better, Would love to see it tuned up for a little more speed, it seems like it could handle it.
Next we need to have default race setup's, tho this would probably need other vehicle avoidance support. Have to say overall the AI is something that will make the gameplay for BeamNG.
Its a blast chasing 6 AI's around the track!(much more than this i noticed some fps drop, still great performance tho)

I love the new menu... tho i would like that the side menu would auto hide completely when driving and reappear with some mouse moment/click.

Keep up the good work guys!

    Doesn't work any more.
You can press CTRL+W, wich makes the UI go away in a glitchy way.
If you wanna have it back without any glitches than just press F11, and then change the resolution (worked for me).

The part selector doesn't work, although everything else is amazing, especially the 200BX.

Also when pressing CTRL+W the left side menu doesn't show up so you can't really close it :p
(aand when I changed a part the D3D error came up. bleh :p)

freecam and slowmo don't seem to work either. Same with the beam debug (by K and L keys)

    hit esc

freecam, slowmo, debug keys all works on internal build, not sure what's happening there.
